Control audio playback (PLAY ,FF, REW) with the RS-27H foot pedal keeping your hands free for typing.

This RS-27 /RS27H footswitch is offered as a replacement footswitch for the one supplied with the AS-2400 or AS-9000 series Transcription kits. Control playback, FF and REW without taking your fingers off of the keyboard!


The Foot Pedal is compatible with Olympus Transcription Software's Only :


Software Application Version
DSS Player Pro Transcription 4.9.2 and Higher
DSS Player V6 & V7 Transcription 6.0.0 and Higher
DSS player Standard Transcription V1 & V2


Please note the RS-27 does not come with DSS software required to utilize this footswitch. If you need DSS software with footswitch functionality we recommend you purchase the PC Transcription Kit (AS-2400) or AS-5000 Transcription kit. Both kits contain a version of the DSS software that has footswitch functionality, the RS-27 footswitch, and headset.

I called to see if I could upgrade the foot pedal and your Sales Rep said no-it would not be compatible.  You are also cheaper than buying it direct from company.  I appreciated his honesty not to sell me more than what needed.
