Warranty Repair :
Please print out our Repair Request Form and send it with the defective unit to our repair center located in Warren Michigan, when sending units in, please list the customer’s complaint, we will service free of charge. The warranty doesn't cover Loss of or damage to the unit due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating , without limiting the foregoing, water damage, sand/corrosion damage, battery leakage, dropping the unit, scratches, abrasions or damage to the body, LCD display or damage to the connectors or cables ).

Out of Warranty or not Covered Repair :
Please download our repair form and send it with the defective unit to our repair center located in Warren Michigan, when sending units in, please list the customer’s complaint, we will contact you before repairing the unit with the repair cost for your approval.

Free technical support is available for AAAPrice.com customers only, call us @ 888-222-3839, All support calls require the model of the product and a customer invoice number. If the questions are software related, the following information is also required.
1) Windows operating system. (98,2000,XP, Vista,etc )
2) Software version of product. (Click on help, then about, in the program)
3) If the problem involves email, supply the version number of Outlook/Email Software .(2000, 2002, 2003, etc)

It is the customer responsibility to properly package and send the defective products, together with a copy of your dated proof of purchase, if you don't have one, please call us @ 888-222-3839 to request one. A complete explanation of the problem and a return address to the AAAPrice.com service center at your expense. Do not include any other items with the defective product. The defective product are covered by the one warranty will be repaired and returned to you without charge.
